About AIRE: The Operating System for Dermatology

Dermatology has never been more important—and never more under pressure. Patients are bombarded with noise from social media influencers and fad-driven products, while dermatologists face rising costs, shrinking reimbursements, and administrative burdens that take time away from patient care. The field is fragmented, leaving the majority of practices without the leverage to thrive.

AIRE exists to fix this.

We are building the #1 trusted commerce and care platform for dermatology. Our mission is to help dermatologists extend exceptional, science-backed care beyond the clinic by connecting them with the tools, products, and partnerships that improve patient health and trust. Founded by a team that combines world-leading medical authority (Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali) and unprecedented cultural influence (Dr. Muneeb Shah, “DermDoctor”), AIRE is uniquely positioned to become the indispensable infrastructure for the future of skin health.

Our platform restores leverage to dermatologists through three synergistic pillars:

  1. AIRE EDU: A curated, science-first community for brands to credibly engage and educate dermatologists.
  2. AIRE Marketplace: A centralized procurement platform providing transparent, efficient purchasing.
  3. AIRE Skinstore: An automated, dermatologist-driven tool for personalized regimen fulfillment.

If you are passionate about building a category-defining company at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and consumer brands, we want to hear from you.

Our Values

  1. Science First: Every product, tool, and partnership is clinically vetted. Credibility is our greatest asset.
  2. Patient-Centered Impact: Every decision must measurably improve patient care, adherence, or outcomes.
  3. Make the Derm the Hero: We enable dermatologists to expand their impact and practice value without adding workload.
  4. Measurable Value: We prove our impact with data—for dermatologists, brands, and patients—and double down on what works.

The Role: Content Marketing Manager, AIRE EDU

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will be the engine behind AIRE EDU’s brand voice. You will own the full lifecycle of content that drives participation in our flagship programs—resident sampling and physician sampling (our structured product-trial programs for dermatology residents and practicing dermatologists), monthly webinars, and user-generated content (UGC)—and that lands across email, the AIRE app (in-product surfaces across Marketplace, EDU, and Skinstore), Instagram, and LinkedIn.

You will work directly with our co-founders Dr. Bhanusali and Dr. Shah to translate clinical authority and cultural influence into content that drives opt-ins, conversion, and brand partner success.

This role is perfect for a commercially-minded, AI-fluent content operator who thinks in lifecycles—not one-off posts—and translates platform strategy into channel-specific execution every week.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Own End-to-End Content for AIRE EDU Programs: You will own the full content lifecycle for our flagship EDU programs—resident sampling, physician sampling, monthly webinars, and UGC—from pre-launch awareness through drop-day conversion through post-engagement follow-up. Your content drives participation and completion, not just promotion.
  2. Translate Strategy Into Channel-Specific Plans: You will turn quarterly content strategy into weekly channel-specific execution. You decide what we say, how we say it, and how it shows up across email (lifecycle, persona-branched), the AIRE app (in-product content across Marketplace, EDU, and Skinstore), Instagram (Reels, hooks, short-form engagement), and LinkedIn (thought leadership, education, partner amplification)—differentiating where it matters and repurposing only when it serves the audience.
  3. Curate UGC With Clinical and Brand Standards: You will steward our UGC programs to ensure outputs are clinically grounded, brand-safe, and aligned with partner goals. You will set the editorial bar, coordinate with creators and physicians, and route partner-tied UGC through the right approvals.
  4. Ghostwrite in Physician Voice: You will partner with Dr. Bhanusali, Dr. Shah, and rotating clinical guests to write emails, LinkedIn posts, and scripts that carry their voice authentically—and translate brand partner stories into credible, science-first copy.
  5. Build with AI Leverage: You will use Claude for copy drafting and editing, Claude Design for external-facing visuals and campaign assets, and Gamma for internal decks, partner briefs, and leadership updates—treating AI as leverage to ship more, faster, without sacrificing quality.
  6. Instrument the Content Program: You will maintain persona-branched email campaigns in Customer.io, track participation, conversion, and engagement metrics across programs and channels, and feed signal back into the next month’s plan so we double down on what works.

Who You Are

  1. A Physician-Voice Writer: You can write in the voice of a clinical expert without it reading like a press release. You know the line between credibility and marketing, and you stay on the right side of it.
  2. A Channel Strategist, Not a Repurposer: You think about email, the AIRE app, Instagram, and LinkedIn as four different audiences with four different needs. You can write a Reel hook and a LinkedIn op-ed in the same hour—and you know which idea belongs on which channel.
  3. A Lifecycle Thinker: You see content as a system that drives action, not a series of one-off posts. You map every program from awareness through sign-up through completion, and you instrument the journey so you know where it’s breaking.
  4. AI-Fluent by Default: You already use AI tools as part of how you work. Claude for drafting and editing copy, Claude Design for external visuals, Gamma for internal decks—you treat AI as multiplier, not crutch, and the work that ships is always your call.
  5. An Exceptional Project Manager: You keep multiple programs and four channels on track without missing a beat. You coordinate physicians, brand partners, and leadership on timelines that rarely align on their own.
  6. A Collaborative Owner: You take full ownership of your work while thriving in a team-oriented environment where you actively support your colleagues’ success.
