We are looking for a Contact Center Representative responsible for providing high level customer service.

Your Specific Duties Will Include

• Promotes member engagement by providing specific, accurate and timely information to members regarding Credit Union products and services.
• Responsible for educating members regarding current marketing promotions, for engaging new members to become Signature Members within their first 120 days of joining the Credit Union, and for engaging existing members to deepen their product and service usage with the Credit Union.
• Makes referrals for insurance services, investment services and real estate services.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• High School graduate.
• Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Pay Rate Range: $43680 - $45760 Per Year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
