General Job Description Summary:

Reporting to the Driver Community Manager, this remote position is responsible for improving overall driver experience.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as driver advocate; conduct outreach to drivers to gather insights and trends
  2. Assist in rolling out programs to improve overall driver experience
  3. Handle driver email inquiries via Zendesk in a prompt and professional manner
  4. Investigate and research driver related claims to ensure validity
  5. Partner with operational & customer service teams to resolve driver-related issues
  6. Assist with sending out communications to independent contractor drivers
  7. Monitor Slack channels and assist Dispatch team with driver related issues
  8. Investigate and resolve background check discrepancies, ensuring timely follow-up
  9. Address and follow up on driver enrollment issues, ensuring smooth onboarding

Position Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. At least 2+ yrs of related experience required (Transportation, Customer Service, etc.)
  3. Excellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences
  4. Strong problem solving skills; ability to question the status quo
  5. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  6. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive work environment
  7. Work independently and as part of a team
  8. Proficient with GSheets, Google Suite, Slack, Zendesk and related operations software


Hours

Requested schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM (PT). This position requires weekends and may require night & holiday hours according to the needs of the company.


Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements below are representative of what is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

  1. Stand, walk, sit at a desk, work on a computer, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  2. Move or lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.


Travel:

This position will require up to 0-5% travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:


  1. 8 hour shift
  2. Monday to Friday
