About the Role:

We’re seeking a Marketing Associate with 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach. You will be responsible for building and executing outbound campaigns that drive qualified leads and support sales growth. This includes developing targeted contact lists, writing high-converting email sequences, managing outreach tools, and continuously optimizing performance through testing and data analysis. Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, campaigns that increase product adoption and drive revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

· Affiliate Marketing: Create and manage affiliate marketing programs. Develop campaigns to build brand awareness and increase sales.

· Messaging & Positioning: Cold email campaigns and outreach. Keeping within compliance and regulations.

· Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, and more. Measure campaign performance using KPIs such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue impact.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing efforts align with customer feedback, market trends, and sales objectives.

Qualifications:

· 4+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience in lead generation, cold email campaigns, and affiliate marketing a must.

· Proven ability to drive revenue growth and brand visibility through effective cold email outreach.

· Creative expertise in copywriting and both written and verbal communication skills. Visual design tools are not required, but would contribute immensely to your role and the team.
