Position Dynamics:


  1. 1099 performance-based with the option of a draw
  2. Outside B2B relationship building


Benefits/Compensation:


  1. Qualified pre-scheduled appointments (avg. 10-15 per week)
  2. Industry-leading uncapped commissions (25%)

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  2. Proactively reach potential clients through various channels, including door-to-door networking, pre-scheduled appointments, and referrals
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Horizon Payments' products and services
  4. Collaborate with the internal sales managers to analyze client needs and recommend the most suitable payment processing solutions
  5. With the support of the internal sales team, present customized proposals for potential clients and sign new accounts
  6. Maintain accurate records of all activities, client interactions, and follow-up plans in CRM tools


Qualifications [will train]:


  1. Ability to work independently and remotely with staff
  2. Ability to self-generate leads and obtain new business
  3. Good verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  4. Self-confident with the ability to present company services
  5. Sales, consulting, or business development experience is a plus, but all experience levels are welcome
