Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Education, Training & Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to enhancing client engagement, delivering effective training programs, and supporting our customers and staff in maximizing the value of our training and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, communication, and customer relationship skills, with a passion for education and client success. This role blends curriculum development, business writing, organization, and client-facing communication. You will help ensure that the PartsProfit learning experience is consistent, high-quality, industry leading and well-supported from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities – Training & Educational Materials

  1. Create and refine workshop materials, including slide decks, participant workbooks, templates, checklists, and job aids.
  2. Collaborate with senior consultants to convert business concepts into clear, easy-to-learn content.
  3. Update and organize existing curriculum for consistency, accuracy, and company branding.
  4. Assist with development of multi-level training paths (Level 1–5).
  5. Prepare materials for upcoming workshops, webinars, and consulting sessions.
  6. Conduct research to strengthen curriculum and ensure real-world relevance.
  7. Format documents, organize content, and ensure professional presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities – Client Support

  1. Serve as a point of contact for clients participating in our workshops and training programs.
  2. Provide guidance and clarification on scheduling, training materials, assignments, tools, and exercises.
  3. Assist clients with downloading, understanding, or completing company forms, templates, and assessments.
  4. Support consultants by gathering client documentation, pre-work, or follow-up materials.
  5. Track client progress, follow up on open items, and coordinate next steps in their learning path.
  6. Troubleshoot basic technical issues (PDFs, PowerPoints, links, Zoom, MS Teams, worksheets, LMS access, etc.).
  7. Assist with scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and communication for workshops and meetings.
  8. Document client feedback, questions, or training needs and relay them to the consultant team.
  9. Help clients and staff apply learning tools such as templates, performance checklists, or operational best practices.
  10. Manage ongoing client relationships through proactive account management strategies, fostering long-term partnerships.

Experience

  1. Strong communication and writing skills; ability to simplify complex business topics.
  2. Experience in training support, client support, curriculum development, customer service, or business education.
  3. High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; basic layout/design skills preferred.
  4. Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  5. Comfortable supporting clients through email, phone, or virtual meetings.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage several projects at once.
  7. Automotive, dealership and AI experience a plus but not required.
