About the Position Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Brand Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining brand catalog accuracy, which is essential for ensuring the successful fulfillment of all Brand Partner gift cards. This role will work closely with the Brand Operations Manager to optimize brand management processes, document best practices, and troubleshoot processing and card-related issues.

The Brand Operations Team plays a vital role in Raise’s success, serving as subject matter experts in promotion implementation, brand onboarding, and back-end configuration. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to coordinate and execute data validation, account balance oversight and replenishment planning, processing issue resolution, and other project-based initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to learn all aspects of our operations and the interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Success in this role requires adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of accountability. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, drives action, and delivers results.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure brand catalog accuracy by promptly updating denominations, card images, marketing copy, and terms and conditions as updates are received.
  2. Provide brand configuration and onboarding to support Brand Operations Manager.
  3. Maintain and audit internal resourrd-related issues with quick turnaround times.
  4. Configure and implement promotional campaigns to align with marketing directives.
  5. Perform reconciliation tasks to maintain consistency and resolve discrepancies.
  6. Provide ongoing cross-functional support on project-based initiatives.
  7. Effectively manage multiple competing priorities ance documentation to ensure accuracy.
  8. Proactively troubleshoot processor and cad projects across various departments
  9. Conduct daily account balance oversight and provide replenishment recommendations as needed.
  10. Build and maintain Brand Operations SOP Guidebook by documenting team processes, procedures, and best practices.
  11. Contribute to the development of forward-thinking processes to support both the current operational environment and long-term objectives (3, 6, and 12 months ahead).

  3. Proactive Problem-Solving – Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and take initiative when challenges arise.
  4. Tech Savviness – Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Roam, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, QuickSight reporting software).
  5. Adaptability & Flexibility – Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively across different time zones.
  6. Accountability & Ownership – Taking responsibility for tasks and ensuring follow-through without constant oversight.
  7. Collaboration & Teamwork – Effectively working with colleagues, even when not in the same physical space.
  8. Organization & Documentation – Keeping track of tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring information is easily accessible.
  9. Bachelor’s degree, or higher, is preferred
