We’re on the lookout for a Brand Growth and Meta A/B Testing Specialist to help expand Relaxxd Fit Tactical’s reach on Facebook and Instagram.

Relaxxd Fit Tactical is a tactical apparel brand dedicated to high-quality, functional clothing tailored for concealed carry enthusiasts, survivalists, veterans, first responders, and firearm owners. Our proprietary inner hook-and-loop system sets us apart in the tactical market. Think of us as "athleisure" clothes these people run errands in.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing ad campaigns that attract followers, new customers, increase sales, and deepen engagement with existing followers. You’ll monitor campaign performance, track growth, ROI, and areas for improvement.

-You’ll use A/B testing to experiment with various T-shirt designs and ad strategies, tracking which ones perform best and drive the most sales.

-You'll be collaborating closely with our artist, you’ll ensure each campaign speaks directly to our niche audience, showcasing our "hero product" always on "limited time" – our constant churn of T-shirt designs directed to this niche and effectively upselling our concealed carry shorts system.

-This role is ideal for someone who is; creative, data-driven, experienced in social media brand growth, advertising. Especially if you like guns.

Required Qualifications:

1. Brand Growth Experience: Proven success in scaling brands, especially in e-commerce or apparel, with skills in customer acquisition and data-driven marketing.
2. A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Proficient in running and analyzing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
3. Meta FB/IG Advertising Expertise: Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ad tools for campaign setup and management for businesses and brands. (at least 2+ years experience)
4. Social Media Management: Skilled in creating brand-aligned content and engaging online communities.
5. Fluent English and Cultural Fluency: Navigating "American" social nuances—like humor, sarcasm, movies, and idioms—ensuring our brand messages resonate authentically and effectively with our target audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Tactical & Firearm Knowledge: Familiarity with the tactical or firearm industry to understand the brand’s target audience. We love working with Veterans.
2. Experience with Niche Audiences: Background in serving communities, such as concealed carry enthusiasts, veterans, first responders, etc.
3. Design or Copywriting Basics: Ability to assist with quick ad visuals or captions if need be.

Disqualifiers:

1. Language Barrier: Lack of English fluency and American culture.
2. No Meta Ad Experience: Limited knowledge of Meta Facebook and Instagram ad platforms.
3. No Data Skills: Inability to interpret data for optimizing campaigns.
4. No Brand Growth Track Record: Insufficient experience in brand growth roles.
5. Poor Communication with Team and Brand: This role requires strong, consistent communication with us—the artists, and owners. If we have difficulty reaching you, if questions go unanswered, or if there’s a general lack of engagement or responsiveness, it will signal a poor fit. We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the brand and collaborates actively to bring our vision to life.

BENEFITS:

We are pleased to extend an initial three-month contract opportunity at a rate of $2,000 per month, accompanied by a $700 completion bonus. This period serves as an exploratory phase, allowing us to work together, evaluate our mutual impact, and ensure alignment in goals and vision. Upon successful completion, the position could transition to a longer-term commitment at $2,500 per month.
