Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent at Nova Asset Management, Inc. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for residential leasing, lease administration, and property management tasks. You will assist potential tenants with the leasing process, conduct property tours, handle lease agreements, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing and property management
• Knowledge of lease administration processes
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using property management software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
