Position Objective:

This is an exciting time to join Bath and Kitchen Galleria. They are in a period of rapid growth and are looking for experienced candidates with high caliber talent to ensure a smooth growth process where service is not compromised.

The Showroom Manager is a combination of a professional designer and a dynamic leader. Expertise in managing vendors, distributors, products and most importantly the showroom customers by onboarding them in a seamless customer-centric manner, is paramount.

The Showroom Manager must have a strong commitment to driving the overall success of our Showroom, one of the largest in the Southeast, by opening, closing, staffing, and presenting it in top condition.

The Showroom Manager Role:

This individual has three key areas of responsibility: Operations, Sales, and Design.

Operations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Participate in merchandising.
  • Assist in the Showroom design and buildout.
  • Showroom operations: opening/closing, and scheduling.
  • Inventory management of 14,000+ SKUs.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and well-maintained.
  • Work with upper management (if/when needed) in the hiring process of future Showroom employees.

Sales:

  • Manage the onboarding of prospective clients.
  • Handle phone calls and manage Showroom traffic.
  • Distribute marketing collateral.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to optimize showroom traffic.
  • Hand off prospective clients to Project Consultants.
  • Opportunities to close Showroom sales or Opportunities to sell to clients directly.

Design:

  • Collaborate with and assist the design team.
  • Manage the “Selection” process with clients (help pick out tile, cabinet color, hardware, etc.)
  • Assist with design questions from walk-ins.

Requirements:

  • Each candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ Showroom management experience.
  • Must have an Interior Design degree.
  • Residential Interior Design experience is required.
  • Home design Showroom experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Inventory management software experience is required.
  • Monday – Friday (830a-530p), Two Saturdays per month, required (will be compensated with a weekday off).
  • Candidates must live within the North Fulton/Atlanta area.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
