A Japanese IT platform company is looking for sales engineer associate. This is a remote position, but you must live in IL, MI or TX.

Job Duty:

Assisting the sales team in helping prospects and partners understand what is possible on the

platform

Communicating the value of solving business problems using cloud technology

Building and deliver proofs of concept (POCs) to prospects or customers with sophisticated use cases, collaborating with other sales engineering and system consulting team members as needed

Estimating a scope of work to use when creating custom pricing

Preparing specification documents to pass implementation details on to system consulting team

Creating content to show partners how to implement specific requirements or best practices for building and deploying applications and solutions on the platform

Requirements:

Business-level Japanese language proficiency is mandatory

Proven hands-on experience in front-end web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS)

Experience with APIs (particularly RESTful API)

Backend programming experience (NodeJS, Paython, Java, etc)

Database experience (MySQL, SQLServer)
