Position Summary:

85SIXTY is looking for an Amazon Account Specialist to join our team. The Amazon Account Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Marketplace Manager across all of the agency’s accounts. This role is one-part Account Manager and one-part Amazon program specialist. This role is client-facing and hands on day-to-day. To be successful in this role, you will use your client relationship skills, organizational skills and know-how in Amazon to support a portfolio of growing Amazon customers. You’ll need to have a basis for Amazon marketplace basics, able to produce monthly reports, create/manage/organize tasks within a program and great communication skills. Your commitment to the success of our customers in their Amazon programs should be strong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides organization and coordination across all Amazon customer programs, while understanding how to prioritize the work to be done
• Manage Amazon accounts to include: setting up accounts, operating terms, product listings and their optimization
• Listing Management to include: listing creation, editing copy, uploading images/A+ content
• Advertising Management to include: implementation of advertising strategy, ongoing optimization and reporting of advertising campaigns
• Project Management to include: managing tasks and tracking to completion in project management software while providing clients with updates on progress
• Provide ongoing sales and marketing reporting to provide customer with insights and recommendations to drive growth
• Work with the customer's internal Operations team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory (Monitoring inventory for clients and notifying them.)
• Monitor and communicate campaign performance as needed
• Provide customers with weekly/monthly reporting with review from the Marketplace Manager
• Client-facing meetings and planning sessions with support as needed from the Marketplace Manager

Desired Experience & Skills:

• 2+ year of experience in supporting successful Amazon marketplace programs
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or comparable work experience.
• Proven knowledge of Amazon marketplace basics
• Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
• Passion to work in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment
• Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable speaking with clients directly on weekly/bi-weekly reporting calls
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides)
• Nice to Haves - Experience working within platforms like Pacvue, Teikametrics, and Helium10, but not 100% reliant on them. Our marketplace strategies are 100% human-driven and we use these tools to operationalize these strategies.

Salary range: $60k - $75k
