We’re on the lookout for a talented AI Transformation Specialist to drive the strategic adoption, integration & governance of Artificial Intelligence tools across our organization. This pivotal role will enhance productivity, foster innovation & secure our competitive advantages by bridging business strategy with powerful AI capabilities to ensure measurable organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the organization’s AI adoption roadmap
2. Identify high-impact AI use cases across departments
3. Align AI initiatives with business objectives
4. Cross-Department Implementation
5. Work with HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT to integrate AI tools
6. Standardize AI workflows and best practices
7. Ensure department-specific customization
8. AI Enablement & Training
9. Design AI literacy programs for employees
10. Conduct workshops and leadership briefings
11. Create internal AI playbooks and SOPs
12. Governance & Risk Management

Requirements:

1. Minimum: Graduation (Any discipline)
2. Strong interest in AI and tech innovation.
3. Curiosity and self-learning mindset.
4. Basic understanding of AI models (ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.).
5. Good written communication skills.
