CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to support remote technology, data, cloud, AI, and operational initiatives across internal and client-facing work. This role is designed for a strong operator who can work independently, communicate clearly, and produce high-quality work in an async-first environment.

Responsibilities

1. Own important workstreams from discovery through delivery, documentation, testing, and handoff.
2. Collaborate with engineering, data, product, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
3. Build practical systems, workflows, analysis, or technical outputs that solve real business problems.
4. Document decisions, assumptions, tradeoffs, risks, and operating procedures clearly.
5. Use data, evidence, and structured thinking to improve quality, reliability, and performance.
6. Communicate progress, blockers, and recommendations in writing with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

1. 5+ years of relevant professional experience for this role area.
2. Strong practical experience with Machine Learning, Python, MLOps, Data Science, TensorFlow.
3. Ability to work remotely with high ownership, clear communication, and strong follow-through.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-moving technology consulting environment.
5. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, marketing technology, healthcare technology, data platforms, or enterprise software environments.
2. Experience working with distributed teams and asynchronous documentation-heavy workflows.
3. Ability to translate business needs into practical technical or operational execution plans.
4. 
   

Work Environment

1. Remote role for candidates located in the United States.

3. Senior individual contributor or lead-level responsibilities depending on experience.
