Omni Management Services is in search of a professional, motivated, goal-oriented candidate to fulfill the role of full-time administrative assistant for a location near Seven Springs, PA.
 
This position will entail working closely with the property manager in handling the day-to-day operations within the community.
 
Responsibilities include
	- Interacts with homeowners via email, phone, and in person to evaluate and resolve issues within the Association.
- Communicates with Maintenance Supervisor daily.
- Prepares annual mailings.
- Assists with association meetings and completes meeting minutes.
- Assists with property inspections and prepares violation letters.
- Coordinates contractor access to units for routine and emergency maintenance.
- Assists with multiple aspects of maintenance programs and inspections, including unit access, documentation, unit owner compliance, and billing.
- Verifies insurance coverage for contractors.
- Submits and updates work orders.
- Scans and files appropriate documents to lot files.
- Prepares monthly newsletters.
- Communicates with contractors and vendors.
 
Qualifications
 
Applicants should have good customer service, communication & clerical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
