Account Manager-Staffing Sales (System Integrator)
The role is primarily for a farmer to build relationships with hiring managers of a large System Integrator (EX: Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, etc.). The role will also include the management of recruiters and P&L of the account.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a top performing team of account managers, focus on the systems integrators and managed service provider sell-to and sell-through ecosystem, to achieve and over-achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meeting.
- Pursue leads and move them through sales cycle.
- Manage P&L for MSP and System Integrator accounts
- Prepare RFI/RFP’s.
- Manage a team of offshore recruiters.
- Manage onsite and offshore hiring manager relationships.
- Ability to identify hiring managers and map respective end clients through innovative methods.
- Attend technology trade shows.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of organizational procurement structure such as Chief procurement officer, Contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting and Account Management in staffing industry.
- Speak at contingent workforce industry events.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn sales navigator, discoverorg, etc
- Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM.
- Requires up to 80% travel on short notice.
- Can be located anywhere in the US but preferably Atlanta.
Salary: Base plus recurring commissions
