Workday HRIS Analyst / Configuration Specialist

$100,000 – $120,000 + bonus & benefits
What You’ll Do
Utilize current business expertise to discover opportunities for process improvements
Lead planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new HCM features, projects, enhancements.
Effectively communicate with users and internal customers the need, as well as the functionality of designs and new enhancements
Gathering and understanding business requirements that lead to the configuration of Workday HCM
Define and implement reporting, analytics and dashboards to stakeholders
Participate in change management and go live support processes
Lead and sometimes perform testing while working close with project team during UAT
Lead Release Management activities
Maintain HR inbox for HCM business process transactions
Oversee day to day Workday HCM support and ticketing
Requirements
Hands-on Workday HCM Experience, including the following; Reporting and Analytics, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence.
Full Life Cycle experience of Workday HCM implementations
Experience designing, developing, and testing Workday HCM solutions
Integration and reporting process experience
Understanding of security domains, business process security policies and security groups
Experience with cross-functional teams
