What does an entry-level Wireless Customer Support Associate do?

  • Train alongside senior business representatives cross-functionally in Marketing, Sales, Management, and Consulting
  • Act as a direct liaison between our clients and their consumers and open lines of communication
  • Develop product knowledge on our client’s marketing campaigns, products, services, and sale promotions
  • Collaborate with fellow business professionals, representatives, trainees, and interns on effective marketing approaches and sales techniques
  • Attend all conference meetings and training sessions to enhance further leadership skills utilized in business management and consulting
  • Build rapport with potential clients through positive engagement and representation
  • Answer any questions our consumers may have regarding our client’s products and services professionally
  • Take greater responsibility as time progresses throughout the internship

What does it take to be an entry-level Wireless Customer Support Associate?

  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in Marketing, Sales, Management, Customer Service, or other customer-facing fields preferred
  • Adaptable to working in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Positive, ambitious, and competitive demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $900.00 per week

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Norfolk, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
