A family owned and operated logistics company is looking for a Warehouse/Fulfillment Center Manager to be the customer focused, results driven leader of our team in Brooklyn Heights, OH. Must have fulfillment center experience, be detail oriented, self-motivated, reliable, have a positive attitude and proven safety record, with excellent customer service skills. Full-Time position available. This position is a full-time salaried employment opportunity. We also offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits programs.

Requirements:

• Must have background as a supervisor or manager of more than 10 employees
• Must have fulfillment center/warehouse experience.
• Must be willing to actively participate in daily operations including receiving, picking, shipping, and general housekeeping.
• Must be able to learn warehouse management system quickly
• Must have experience in managing projects, creating procedures, policies, and work flow planning.
• Must be a team player with a great work ethic, strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
• Must have the ability to think strategically/problem solve with a can-do attitude and team building skills
• Excellent communication skills and ablility to work professionally with customers, coworkers, and vendors
• Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to work as a Team
• Follow-through with tasks to completion
• Forklift experience preferred

Required Warehousing/Fulfillment background:

• Warehouse Management software experience (Epicor/P-21, or other WMS)
• Shipping/Receiving experience – experience with lot numbers, expiration dates, UPS WorldShip, FedEx, etc.
• Freight delivery/routing knowledge

Pay Rate: $55,000 to 62,500 depending on experience

Monday thru Friday – day shift

1-week paid vacation per year
