Responsibilities

Your job would be to provide sales information that inspires families into a buying decision. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with all the tools to help close a sale. You will offer you with a unique position of selling the essence of Disney and all the emotion, nostalgia and joy that comes with the name.

 

You Will:

  • Be provided with access to sales-specific training and ongoing professional development opportunities unique to the Disney brand
  • Capture high interest leads through multiple sales and marketing tactics, including in-person and virtual opportunities
  • Work with Guests from around the world while engaging in a sales conversation using multiple formats: Chat, Virtual, Phone, and Onsite In-Person Interactions
  • Develop a sales pipeline through multiple types of lead generation opportunities
  • Build your Counselors Sales Approach to create revenue
  • Work in a team environment that fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion
  • Display decorum to uphold the expectations of Disney Vacation Club and Disney Signature Experiences

 

You Have:

  • A California Real Estate license that is currently active and in good-standing
  • Expertise working in a competitive sales environment
  • A dynamic, can-do, and win-win attitude
  • Experiences handling multiple lead opportunities daily
  • Ability to work on own while contributing to the team culture
  • Display positivity in work environment and can work in different locations daily
  • Proficiency with computers and with Windows-based programs
  • Full-time availability that includes working multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to and from Disneyland Resort daily – this is an-property opportunity
  • Expectation to provide service excellence that aligns with The Walt Disney Company

 

Required Education:

  • Valid, active and in good-standing California real estate license
  • High school degree or equivalent

 

The hiring range for this position in California is $52,398-$70,290 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
