Qualifications

• Time Zone North America: ability to recognize and accurately calculate time zones
• US Work Authorization: legal ability to work in US
• 18 years or older: must be of legal age to work
• Fluency in English: able to fluently read, write, and speak English
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, patience, and empathy; resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detail travel information via email, phone and other media.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate travel packages while respecting customer budgets.
• Process bookings and reservations while ensuring accuracy of all information in the booking system.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends, destinations, transportation systems and more in order to offer optimal travel advice to customers.
