We’re seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to support the development of user-friendly documentation across a range of products and features. You’ll work closely with internal teams to create help center content, how-to guides, release notes, and more—all designed to enhance the end-user experience and drive product adoption.

This is a fully remote role (California-based candidates only), with occasional travel for team events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles
2. Translate complex product and technical concepts into easy-to-understand content
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to gather information and verify technical accuracy
4. Write clear and detailed release notes and feature announcements
5. Maintain consistent tone, voice, and formatting across all content
6. Organize and structure documentation to ensure clarity, usability, and discoverability
7. Incorporate visuals such as screenshots, diagrams, and walkthroughs
8. Solicit feedback from internal teams and end-users to continuously improve documentation
9. Contribute to content strategy and process improvements across documentation efforts

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment
2. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a clear, concise communication style
3. Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical users
4. Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, or similar platforms
5. Familiarity with HTML, Markdown, or other markup languages a plus
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple stakeholders
7. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field preferred
8. Occasional travel required for team collaboration
