Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burleson, TX for Tax & Accounting Staff at Rasco & Rasco, PC. The Tax & Accounting Staff will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for clients, performing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties, and preparing tax returns. The ideal candidate will also have experience in client communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in general accounting and tax preparation
• Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Ultratax
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Knowledge of IRS tax codes and regulations
