Medical Knowledge Group (MKG), LLC is comprised of several best-in-class organizations dedicated to addressing the unmet educational needs of physicians and other health care professionals. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify top talent through LinkedIn, networking, cold calls and job postings
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine functional and cultural fit
• Identify, entice and engage passive candidates
• Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers and interviewers
• Foster and maintain relationships with qualified candidates to build pipeline: ensure each candidate has a positive interviewing experience
• Establish creative strategies to attract potential candidates including promoting trade articles and highlighting senior leadership
• Assist with other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Two plus years' experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting in a marketing, advertising or public relations agency, medical communications experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with a proven track record for building relationships quickly: excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, deliver results, be flexible and manage time effectively
• Work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining professional composure under pressure
