This is a remote role that can be filled from anywhere within the United States.

What the day will look like

Innovation Solutions through Technology & Process:
Manage global ATS system administration, including field creation, workflow management, and user role management.
Oversee outbound iCIMS integrations, partnering with corporate systems to ensure seamless functionality.
Lead the implementation of iCIMS upgrades and patches, including impact analysis, testing, and end-user training.
Own the Workday Requisition Business Process globally, managing configuration and change requests.
Identify automation opportunities to enhance our delivery processes.
Proactively identify and address process and technology risks, driving necessary corrective measures.

Project/Change Management & Partnership:
Drive Talent Acquisition projects from inception to completion, collaborating with partners to define project scope and deliverables.
Provide training and change management support for collaborators involved in the hiring process.
Communicate process and technology changes to global partners and track change acceptance.
Participate in other Talent Acquisition projects as defined by the Global TA Operations leader.

Stakeholder Partnership:
Represent the TA Operations perspective in cross-functional and global projects.
Partner with HRGO to stay informed about backend process enhancements and manage team member expectations.
Respond promptly to inquiries seeking information on TA processes and principles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Maintain a deep understanding of our organization's recruitment lifecycle, recognizing global and regional differences.
Ensure all TA standard operational procedure (SOP) documents are up-to-date and readily accessible.
Manage TA SharePoint and support sites for organizing and presenting help and process documents.
Collaborate with TA Ops colleagues to provide TA Technology user support and process support through the Global TA Operations Mailbox.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Strong expertise in process design, solutioning, and documentation with a focus on process and technology integration.
Project management experience or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS, and Workday knowledge is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including pivot tables, charts, and LOOKUPS.
Excellent communication and social skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a high-volume and high-pressure environment.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of operational effectiveness methodologies.
Adaptability to changing business priorities and environments.
Education :bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, a related field or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for US applicants) is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
