Job Summary

Provides Sr level administrative support to the warehouse department and leadership. Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares documents, reports and analysis utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and/or warehouse databases as needed. Maintains relevant department records and helps improve processes of data gathering and reporting. Partner with external vendors regarding assigned reporting and analysis.


Essential Job Duties

  • Prepares a variety of department and warehouse reports through spreadsheet work.
  • Reviews and analyzes data on department expenses and related invoicing.
  • Coordinates flow of information and communication with 3rd party providers outside the organization
  • Builds and analyzes productivity reporting in order to tracking labor hours.
  • May Reviews warehouse team timesheets for reporting and accuracy.
  • Maintain files, databases, and archives of relevant records
  • Works with a team or department to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Work as part of a team on a project to improve the business


Required Education, Certifications and Work-Related Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associates degree, vocational or technical school degree, Preferred
  • 2 - 4 relevant experience in an administrative / office setting
  • Providing admin support in a warehouse environment not required but a plus.

  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by clear directions and procedures.

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in the functional area of the department.
  • Has some contact with other employees, professional staff, and/or external contacts to give or obtain information or deliver service. Results can affect own functional area.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Microsoft office Suite Intermediate skill set (especially in word and excel)
  • Strong Administrative skills and expertise in providing quality support in a customer service fashion.
  • Interpersonal skills and effective communication. Including working with leadership and external partners.
  • Good organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities as required
  • Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while ensuring accuracy.
