The Role

We’re looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer who’s passionate about AI and eager to shape product experiences that matter. While you’ll focus on the frontend, you should be comfortable navigating backend systems and collaborating deeply with ML and infra teams. You’ll have the chance to own architecture decisions, drive feature development end to end, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with real-time, AI-integrated interfaces.

What You’ll Do

1. Design and build intuitive, performant UIs for complex AI workflows
2. Collaborate with ML and backend teams to deliver seamless, LLM-powered experiences
3. Prototype and ship user-facing features with a high degree of autonomy
4. Lead frontend architecture and contribute to cross-cutting product decisions
5. Drive continuous improvements in UX, code quality, and developer tooling

What You’ll Bring

1. Experience building production-grade software
2. Expertise in frontend development using TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind
3. Solid backend fluency in Python or Node; comfortable going full stack when needed
4. Experience working on or integrating ML-powered applications
5. A strong product sense and focus on user outcomes, not just technical output
6. High agency, startup experience, and a low-ego, collaborative mindset
