If so, nice to meet you! Mitsubishi Chemical ALPOLIC Division is seeking a, is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join a team committed to excellence, continuous improvement and driving sustainable business results. The Sr. Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst evaluates, and tests new or modified materials and software programs used to verify that our systems function according to user requirements and conform to established specifications. The Sr. QA Analyst also writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain efficient quality overall. Come be a part of this dynamic team!!

What You Will Do...

  • Monitor, review and enhance existing raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure raw material and product testing is performed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Review, modify, and implement quality standards and test methods using ISO guidelines.
  • Act as Document Control Coordinator for the company. Utilize technical writing skills to ensure proper formatting, numbering, and organization of all related documents.
  • Manage the routing and approval process for the new and revised documents.
  • Manage 4M Testing Program for new materials to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Update, file, and report data regularly via email or company databases and forms.
  • Work closely with multiple departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Perform internal audits and document all non-conformance to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Document all areas of non-compliance with the Quality Management System and ensure corrective action is implemented to eliminate them.
  • Effectively communicate procedures, activities, and data in a professional manner.
  • Identify and utilize analysis to develop comparative data to critical competitors.
  • Investigate, research, and qualify new materials, suppliers, and systems.
  • Interpret and assess technical documentation.
  • Coordinate and ensure 3rd party instrument calibrations are performed as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by department manager

What You Will Have...

  • Required four-year degree in technical sciences or related field
  • three to five years' experience working in a manufacturing quality role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of quality standards set by International Organization of Standardization (ISO)
  • Working knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Cause and Effect, Check Sheets, Pareto Charts, etc.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and basic Windows applications
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all employees, vendors, customers, and other key stakeholders
  • Must have good technical writing skills

  • The salary range for this position is $59,322 - $88,932. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
