Role: Virtual/Remote Special Education Teacher – Ohio. This is a middle school role.

This will be a full time position!

Responsibilities

1. Develop personalized and group learning experiences that inspire curiosity and enthusiasm.
2. Use your creativity to design innovative educational programs that redefine online learning.
3. Navigate educational guidelines with a personal touch, adding your unique teaching flair.
4. Empower students to reach their full potential by fostering growth and confidence.
5. Take the lead in organizing and managing customized educational journeys.
6. Monitor student progress through monthly evaluations, providing recommendations for curriculum enhancements.
7. Collaborate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's learning journey.
8. Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support each student's unique needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
2. Valid State License for Ohio (or willingness to obtain one).
3. Prior experience in virtual learning is preferable.
4. Full-time availability is essential to embark on this educational adventure.
