Job Description
Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Digital Marketing Content Coordinator to lead the development and optimization of content that supports personalized and owned media experiences across CRM and digital channels. This role plays a key part in leveraging Domino’s data advantage to accelerate digital growth and deliver relevant, high-value messaging to consumers across platforms.
Content Strategy Management & Execution (55%)
- Lead content intake discussions, translating business objectives into detailed creative briefs that include messaging hierarchy, audience segmentation, design specifications, and creative focus.
- Recommend content strategies based on channel best practices, audience insights, and prior campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance message relevance, asset usability, and content effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end content development across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, requirements, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams to ensure all content aligns with brand standards, legal guidelines, personalization strategies, and product goals.
Asset Governance & Operational Support (45%)
- Build and refine scalable processes for content creation, review, and deployment while identifying workflow optimization opportunities.
- Maintain structured project communication to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and launch readiness.
- Independently manage complex project plans involving multiple stakeholders, creative revisions, data dependencies, and channel-specific requirements.
- Oversee content library management, including version control, naming conventions, metadata, tagging, and archiving.
- Establish and enforce standards for asset storage and documentation to ensure accessibility and audit readiness.
- Support administrative processes such as vendor invoicing, statement of work renewals, and legal or procurement documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, CRM, content operations, digital production, or a related area.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from intake to launch independently.
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills to manage multiple concurrent workflows.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and experience resolving cross-team challenges before they impact deadlines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and agency partners.
- Interest in or experience with creative development and CRM marketing initiatives.
