Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Yardi Software Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Yardi software applications and possess exceptional problem-solving abilities. As a Yardi Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training to our internal teams to ensure the efficient and effective use of Yardi software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Yardi software applications, including but not limited to Yardi Voyager, Yardi RentCafe, and Yardi Breeze.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and issues related to Yardi software, either through phone, email, or ticketing system, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to Yardi software implementation and integration.
  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and optimization of Yardi software to meet the specific needs and requirements of our organization.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and presentations to educate users on best practices, new features, and functionality within Yardi software.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and enhancements in Yardi software products and technologies.
  • Participate in the testing and quality assurance of new Yardi software releases and updates prior to deployment.
  • Maintain accurate records of user inquiries, technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and Yardi support representatives to escalate and resolve critical issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Yardi software applications, with a deep understanding of Yardi Voyager being highly desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in software implementation, configuration, and support is preferred.
  • Yardi certification(s) or relevant training is a plus.
