The Software Engineer II (Frontend) is responsible for designing and developing our main product, Ignition, as well as other software that is used by internal and external customers of Inductive Automation, LLC. They perform coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process. The Software Engineer II (Frontend) works under the guidance of the Senior Development team and in collaboration with the Support Division to improve the quality and functionality of our software by adding new features and repairing defects in the software. This is a full-time position with remote, hybrid and on-site opportunities available.

Pay
Based on the Sacramento region, the new hires minimum and maximum target salary for this role is $115k - $135k. This role will be paid hourly.
Inductive Automation’s ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Although it is not typical for an individual to start at the top end of the range for the position, compensation decisions are dependent on: the facts and circumstances of each case, work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs.
