🚀 Hiring: Software Engineer, Infrastructure Platform (San Francisco / Bay Area preferred)

We’re partnering with a high-growth, next-generation cloud infrastructure company building the backbone for large-scale AI systems. Their customers include leading AI labs, enterprises, and research organizations pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

They’re now looking for a Software Engineer, Infrastructure Platform to help design and build the internal systems that power global infrastructure and data center operations.

🛠️ What you’ll work on

• Build core platforms like CMDB systems, asset management, and DCIM tooling
• Develop systems for rack operations, GPU/server deployment, and lifecycle management
• Create monitoring & observability platforms integrating telemetry across infrastructure
• Design automation and workflow orchestration systems to eliminate manual toil
• Build self-service tools for infrastructure deployment and fleet management
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product teams

⚙️ What they’re looking for

• 3+ years building production systems
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or similar
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and data modeling
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, or other databases
• Experience with Docker, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals

Bonus points:

• Experience with CMDB tools (e.g. NetBox) or asset management systems
• Exposure to workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow)
• Knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Background in infrastructure/platform engineering or data center environments

💰 Compensation

• $200,000 – $250,000 base + equity + benefits
