🚀 Hiring: Software Engineer, Infrastructure Platform (San Francisco / Bay Area preferred)

We’re partnering with a high-growth, next-generation cloud infrastructure company building the backbone for large-scale AI systems. Their customers include leading AI labs, enterprises, and research organizations pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

They’re now looking for a Software Engineer, Infrastructure Platform to help design and build the internal systems that power global infrastructure and data center operations.

🛠️ What you’ll work on

1. Build core platforms like CMDB systems, asset management, and DCIM tooling
2. Develop systems for rack operations, GPU/server deployment, and lifecycle management
3. Create monitoring & observability platforms integrating telemetry across infrastructure
4. Design automation and workflow orchestration systems to eliminate manual toil
5. Build self-service tools for infrastructure deployment and fleet management
6. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product teams

⚙️ What they’re looking for

1. 3+ years building production systems
2. Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or similar
3. Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and data modeling
4. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, or other databases
5. Experience with Docker, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
6. Solid understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals

Bonus points:

1. Experience with CMDB tools (e.g. NetBox) or asset management systems
2. Exposure to workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow)
3. Knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
4. Background in infrastructure/platform engineering or data center environments

💰 Compensation

1. $200,000 – $250,000 base + equity + benefits
