This generalist Software Developer will work on an Research project, performing various programming tasks. Work may include design and development of time series data management and signal processing algorithms, web applications (front-end and back-end), REST APIs, machine learning projects.

Required Skills:

1. Work experience with Python,
2. Work experience with other languages such as C++, C#, Java, Go
3. Ability to design and implement algorithms, functions, classes
4. Experience building both front-end and back-end applications
5. Good understanding of computer science fundamentals
6. Ability to learn new technologies quickly
7. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
8. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Background in Computer Science and Software Development

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience training an ML model
2. Experience with computer graphics and geometry representation
3. Experience with modern web frameworks (eg React, Vue, Svelte)
4. AWS experience (Lambda, deploying containers, EC2, Step Functions, Timestream, Neptune)
5. Experience with time series foundation models
6. C++ experience in a professional context
7. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
8. Experience with Plotly, d3.js or Svelvet
9. Experience with Svelte, Dash, Flask, Django
10. REST API development experience
