Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and local marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can broadcast authentic & engaging content, drive brand awareness, and help grow our customer base across multiple concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

  1. Understand our monthly marketing calendars, and implement timely content & messaging across our platforms
  2. Create original photo, video, and written content (reels, posts, stories, blogs, newsletters).
  3. Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews.
  4. Manage our influencer marketing campagins (recruit, negotiate, time and follow up).
  5. Marketing Strategy:
  6. Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events across all restaurant locations, with a timely knowledge of social trends and viral possibilities.
  7. Collaborate with chefs, managers, and the ownership team to highlight new menu items, events, and partnerships.
  8. Build and maintain local community relationships, including collaborations beyond the influencer marketing campagins.
  9. Manage all marketing platforms: instagram, facebook, email marketing campaigns (constant contact, toast, all database maintenance), reservation system guest retention services and more.
  10. Brand Development:
  11. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content specific to each concept.
  12. Help evolve and shape the brand based on guest feedback and emerging trends.
  13. Analytics & Reporting:
  14. Track and report on key performance metrics (follower growth, engagement rates, ROI from promotions).
  15. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related role (hospitality or food industry preferred).
  2. Strong understanding of -and passion for - social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools.
  3. Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  4. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  5. Experience with basic photography and videography (iPhone or professional camera).
  6. Ability to work independently, flexibly and without an office structure.
  7. Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Nice to Have:

  1. Paid media (social ads) management experience.
  2. Basic graphic design, video editing skills...or AI skills to get the same results.
  3. Influencer experience.
