HighKey is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our rapidly growing brand. In this role, you'll be the voice of our online community across various social media platforms, building relationships, fostering discussions, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our clients and followers.
Expectations:
As a Social Media Marketing Assistant at HighKey, you are expected to be proactive, responsive, and attentive to our clients' needs and the needs of their online communities. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive online presence for our clients, helping them grow their online communities and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Oversee online interactions on different social media platforms. This includes responding to comments, facilitating discussions, sharing content, and actively engaging with other creators to foster a positive community culture.
- Social Media Management with Loomly: Efficiently manage and schedule content using Loomly, our social media content management tool, to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Content Coordination: Work closely with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Social Media Managers to create high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
- Community Feedback: Monitor community interactions, respond to feedback in a timely manner, and report insights to the Social Media Manager to improve future strategies and community management processes.
- Community Growth and Engagement: Identify trends to grow the community and enhance engagement. Create an inclusive and engaging environment to transform the audience into a community.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and 1-on-1s to align with the team, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of HighKey.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Target KPI:
- Push KPIs: Achieve monthly deliverables, fast communication and solutions, taking the initiative when things are moving slowly.
- Pull KPIs: Achieve consistent monthly follower growth rate, maintain a minimum engagement rate, aim for a target click-through rate on posted links, generate a specific number of new leads or sales per month through social media channels, and reach a target number of impressions per month.
