Social Media Manager – MOD BIKES As the Social Media Manager at MOD BIKES, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling copy, producing high-quality video and photo content, managing our social media calendars, and engaging with our online community. Your work will directly support our marketing initiatives, helping to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation - Local
- Develop engaging and relevant content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality production and seamless post-production processes.
- Write scripts for video content, product features, and promotional campaigns.
Content Creation - Remote
- Design eye catching graphics, capture high-quality photos, and create dynamic video content
- Curate user-generated content and integrate it into our marketing efforts to enhance engagement and brand authenticity.
Copywriting
- Write clear, compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
- Craft compelling social media captions, and blog content that effectively tells our brand’s story and converts leads into customers.
- Edit and proofread all copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across platforms.
Scheduling & Publishing
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms, optimizing post timing to maximize reach and engagement.
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media.
- Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and managing conversations.
- Manage and oversee Facebook fan page
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to expand our reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, managing campaigns and partnerships effectively.
Social Media Strategy & Trends
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize content and engagement.
- Experiment with new features, tools, and strategies to drive innovation and keep MOD BIKES at the forefront of social media.
Social Listening & Insights
- Monitor brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends to gather valuable insights.
- Use social listening tools to track sentiment and inform content and engagement strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and audience sentiment.
- Create reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Project Management
- Oversee projects and tasks assigned by the marketing manager, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader marketing goal
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g, Later).
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma).
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability, mobility, and outdoor lifestyle brands is a plus.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website content strategy.
- Background with e-commerce and digital sales funnels.
- Familiarity with Electric bike or outdoor recreational products
