We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager with deep expertise across all platforms (Meta, X, Bluesky) with a particular focus on driving organic growth and high-quality lead generation through LinkedIn.
As our Social Media Manager, you will own and execute social content strategy to grow our audience, build meaningful relationships, and generate qualified inbound leads. You’ll work closely with growth, editorial, and subject matter experts to turn ideas into high-performing content and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy aimed at increasing visibility, engagement, and lead generation for new research product launch.
- Research and create high-value content (posts, articles, carousels, polls, etc.) across Meta (Instagram/Facebook/Threads), Bluesky and X in collaboration with editorial team.
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned with campaign goals, product launches, and thought leadership.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with followers and influencers.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content and strategy to improve organic reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to identify lead generation goals and track organic lead conversion.
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, best practices, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing social media, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads organically via LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, tools, and analytics.
- Comfortable working with thought leaders and executives to build personal brands.
- Familiarity with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Shield, or Taplio.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- B2B marketing or media background.
- Experience in building LinkedIn communities or growing personal brand audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO and content repurposing strategies.
