About the Position:

Epic Staffing Group is looking for a Social Media Manager. In this position you will be responsible for the development and execution of the social media strategy for all companies across the Epic Staffing Group portfolio of brands. This role will oversee all social media initiatives to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic plans, with a focus on audience growth and development and will own the execution of go-to-market campaigns that drive high engagement and brand building.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the social media strategy for all Epic businesses, encompassing the formulation of strategy, creative direction guidance, and the oversight of relevant, original, and engaging content creation across diverse social media channels.

• Plan, develop, and manage all social media content utilizing organized scheduling tools, ensuring a cohesive and timely content calendar.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Assistant for approvals, scheduling, and community management, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.

• Develop and maintain a strategic approach to hashtags, ensuring effective incorporation across platforms for maximum content discoverability, engagement, and overall performance.

• Proactively engage with both followers and non-followers across social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions to increase brand visibility, build a vibrant community, and strategically boost overall performance metrics.

• Utilize analytical tools to identify trends, audience preferences, and content effectiveness, ensuring a data-driven approach for continuous improvement and optimal content delivery.

• Travel as required.

What You Bring:

• Three years of proven social media management, including content strategy, execution, and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of social media platforms including, but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Vimeo/YouTube, Pinterest.

• Familiarity with paid social platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools (Facebook/Instagram).

• Ability to analyze engagement data and identify trends in customer interactions.

• Excellent proofreading skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong passion for storytelling with excellent copywriting skills.

• Experience in amplifying brand voice, mission, and vision through strategic content.

Salary: $70,000 annually
