Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE?

Atmosfy is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager who knows Instagram and can assist in social media coverage across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or Pinterest, as needed. Our ideal candidate works at the speed of culture, is 100% dialed into internet culture, not only hops onto existing trends - but starts them.

We are seeking a highly creative person who can produce and execute in-depth content calendar. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the overall workflow, development, execution, and management of Instagram.

They should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. We have a large creative development team. The team needs content direction that will produce results, the content is not cheap to produce. You should be able to aid in the production efficiency and repurpose content.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

 

  • Support and execute the social strategy for Atmosfy, including, but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, and Snapchat
  • Manage production and ensure execution success among internal and external creative teams
  • Bring new and big ideas to the table with a digital/ social first mindset, as well as collaboratively build on others’ concepts to deliver Atmosfy engagement
  • Organize the title’s social editorial calendar, aligning key stakeholders including regional teams to ensure they are on board with global plans and are executing initiatives on strategy
  • Work effectively with internal cross-functional teams including Commercial, Consumer Marketing, Growth Marketing, Public Relations, Events, and Partnerships to drive 360 campaigns
  • Collaborate on social media reporting, insights, and delivery through the use of analytics tool
  • Define and update social best practices and organize global account operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

As part of the Social team at Atmosfy, you will play a role in highlighting Atmosfy's product vision and our commitment to supporting local businesses. This position is rooted in problem-solving and planning, organization and management of key initiatives, and global product storytelling. As a key member of the team, you'll play a role in both the operational and administrative functions of the Product Communications team while also overseeing external product launches, education, and campaigns across key verticals such as live streaming and some of Atmosfy's most exciting core features.

 

  • Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and verbal and written communications skills.
  • A strong bias-to-action, adept and agile, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in leading campaigns, developing assets, data storytelling, media relations, and issue handling.
  • Passion for consumer product storytelling, complemented by strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills - a solid capacity to both think and do
  • Extensive knowledge of the Atmosfy brand
