As a Website & Social Media Manager at DFW Physicians Medical Associates, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community. This role is vital to our mission of delivering compassionate healthcare by effectively communicating our services and values through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement.
2. Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, word press, google suite, etc.
3. Monitor social media channels for patient inquiries and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall advertising campaigns.
5. Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
7. Manage the content calendar to ensure timely posting of relevant information.
8. Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing posts using Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
2. Strong skills in content creation and copywriting for diverse audiences.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging visuals.
4. Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
5. Excellent communication skills with a focus on public relations and patient interaction.
6. Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
7. Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus but not required.
