We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the online presence of a portfolio of high-profile hospitality brands. This role is responsible for developing and executing social strategies that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and traffic across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

You will be tasked with leading content creation, managing campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and fostering online communities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Strategy & Management

1. Execute comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
2. Oversee daily organic and paid social initiatives.
3. Manage and optimize content calendars for multiple restaurant concepts.
4. Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across all platforms.
5. Update and manage digital listings via tools like Yext and Chatmeter.
6. Support partner accounts and virtual/off-premise concepts.

Content Creation & Community Engagement

1. Lead production of high-quality visual content including video, photography, and graphics.
2. Create compelling posts, stories, and short-form videos tailored to each platform.
3. Identify and leverage user-generated content (UGC) to boost authenticity.
4. Actively engage with followers and respond to messages, reviews, and comments.

Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization

1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on engagement and conversions.
2. Track key metrics (followers, engagement, traffic) and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Utilize analytics tools to deliver actionable insights and reporting.
4. Implement crisis communication tactics to protect brand reputation.

Collaborations & Influencer Marketing

1. Lead influencer partnerships including coordination of visits and content.
2. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align social with promotions, events, and initiatives.

Budget & Production Oversight

1. Manage social media budgets including boosts, giveaways, and production.
2. Coordinate photo/video shoots to produce content that meets brand standards.
3. Stay current on platform innovations, industry trends, and best practices.
4. REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or corporate environments.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
6. Expertise in platforms like Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
7. Proficiency with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics.
8. Strong knowledge of content marketing, user-generated content, and reputation management.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
12. Passion for food, dining, and hospitality industries.
