About Oralmega Manufacturing
Oralmega specializes in custom-branded teeth whitening products for dentists, orthodontists, medi-spas, and universities. As we expand our direct-to-business marketing efforts, we are seeking a Lead Generation & Social Media Coordinator to drive new leads, oversee social media campaigns, and support our influencer affiliate program.
This multifaceted role requires:

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Social Media Management (Primary – 60-70%)
- Social Media Outreach: Proactively connect with dentists, orthodontists, medi-spa owners, and universities via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Direct Messaging & Engagement: Initiate conversations, follow up with inquiries, and convert leads into customers
- Influencer & Affiliate Coordination: Identify, onboard, and motivate influencers in the dental and business community to join our affiliate program
- Social Media Oversight: Manage and collaborate with our external social media agency to ensure marketing aligns with sales goals
- CRM & Lead Tracking: Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track leads, nurture relationships, and optimize conversions
Graphic Design & Product Customization (Secondary – 30-40%)
- Custom Branding: Place client logos on whitening kits, pens, and syringes
- Print-Ready Files: Format and finalize designs for printing using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Marketing Graphics: Occasionally assist with promotional materials for trade shows, emails, and social media campaigns
Who You Are
- A Social Media Lead Generation Expert: You know how to find, connect, and engage potential clients on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Confident & Outgoing: You enjoy networking, starting conversations, and building relationships
- Organized & Self-Sufficient: You can track leads, prioritize tasks, and follow up efficiently
- Graphic Design Savvy: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create basic branding designs
- Familiar with Sales & Marketing Tools: Comfortable using HubSpot (or other CRMs) to track and nurture leads
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, social media marketing, or digital sales (LinkedIn expertise preferred)
- Graphic design experience required (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Experience working with influencers or affiliate programs is a plus
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Background in dental, health, or aesthetics industries is a plus
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Proficiency in negotiation and B2B sales techniques
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software
- Familiarity with telemarketing, outbound calling, and business development
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $25
- Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
