About Oralmega Manufacturing

Oralmega specializes in custom-branded teeth whitening products for dentists, orthodontists, medi-spas, and universities. As we expand our direct-to-business marketing efforts, we are seeking a Lead Generation & Social Media Coordinator to drive new leads, oversee social media campaigns, and support our influencer affiliate program.

This multifaceted role requires:

  1. Strong LinkedIn networking skills
  2. Confidence in outreach and relationship-building
  3. graphic design background for simple product branding tasks

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Social Media Management (Primary – 60-70%)

  1. Social Media Outreach: Proactively connect with dentists, orthodontists, medi-spa owners, and universities via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  2. Direct Messaging & Engagement: Initiate conversations, follow up with inquiries, and convert leads into customers
  3. Influencer & Affiliate Coordination: Identify, onboard, and motivate influencers in the dental and business community to join our affiliate program
  4. Social Media Oversight: Manage and collaborate with our external social media agency to ensure marketing aligns with sales goals
  5. CRM & Lead Tracking: Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track leads, nurture relationships, and optimize conversions

Graphic Design & Product Customization (Secondary – 30-40%)

  1. Custom Branding: Place client logos on whitening kits, pens, and syringes
  2. Print-Ready Files: Format and finalize designs for printing using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  3. Marketing Graphics: Occasionally assist with promotional materials for trade shows, emails, and social media campaigns

Who You Are

  1. A Social Media Lead Generation Expert: You know how to find, connect, and engage potential clients on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  2. Confident & Outgoing: You enjoy networking, starting conversations, and building relationships
  3. Organized & Self-Sufficient: You can track leads, prioritize tasks, and follow up efficiently
  4. Graphic Design Savvy: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create basic branding designs
  5. Familiar with Sales & Marketing Tools: Comfortable using HubSpot (or other CRMs) to track and nurture leads

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 2+ years of experience in lead generation, social media marketing, or digital sales (LinkedIn expertise preferred)
  2. Graphic design experience required (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)
  3. Experience working with influencers or affiliate programs is a plus
  4. Strong written & verbal communication skills
  5. Background in dental, health, or aesthetics industries is a plus

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  1. Proven customer service and sales experience
  2. Proficiency in negotiation and B2B sales techniques
  3. Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software
  4. Familiarity with telemarketing, outbound calling, and business development
  5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with teams

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Hourly Rate: $25
  2. Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
