Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency.
Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, promptly responding to inquiries and engaging with the audience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, suggesting innovative ideas to improve our social media presence.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling social media content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) that aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Ensure all content is optimized for each social media platform, maximizing engagement and reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Analyze user feedback, social media trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with popular social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Proficiency in content creation and editing tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
