<Responsibilities>

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
  2. Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  3. Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
  4. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing eye-catching visuals; leverage video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia content.
  5. Plan and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns using targeted audience segmentation to maximize reach and ROI.
  6. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility across digital channels.
  7. Analyze web analytics (Google Analytics), social media metrics (Hootsuite, Buffer), and campaign data to measure success and refine strategies accordingly.
  8. Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members to enhance brand presence.
  9. Oversee public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating outreach efforts.
  10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure cohesive branding efforts across all channels.

<Experience>

  1. Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  2. Hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer (application), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and Facebook Advertising.
  3. Demonstrated ability in graphic design, video editing, photography, and content creation tailored for diverse audiences.
  4. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools, and social listening platforms.
  5. Strong understanding of branding strategies within an e-commerce or retail environment is preferred.
  6. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
