Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll plan and manage digital marketing across multiple platforms to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and support business goals.

The right candidate enjoys creating content, managing social media, working with design tools, and reviewing performance data. You’ll help shape our online presence and connect with our audience through creative campaigns and clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  2. Create engaging content, including graphics and written posts, that match our brand voice
  3. Monitor brand mentions, trends, and customer feedback using social listening tools
  4. Apply SEO best practices and keyword research to improve reach and visibility
  5. Use Hootsuite to schedule posts, track results, and manage workflows
  6. Ensure branding stays consistent across all digital platforms
  7. Work with designers, videographers, and web teams to create multimedia content
  8. Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in social media marketing
  2. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  3. Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite and social listening platforms
  4. Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics
  5. Ability to create and edit photos and videos for digital content
  6. Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  7. Comfortable analyzing data to improve campaign performance
  8. Clear and professional communication skills
  9. Creative mindset with a strong interest in digital branding
