SEO Account Manager (Contract, Remote)

We're one of the top marketing firms in the home services industry, and we're looking for quality-obsessed SEO Account Managers to join our team.

As an SEO Account Manager for Level 10 Contractor, you'll be given 10 to 15 clients and be completely responsible for following our SEO policies and procedures to create a successful lead generation experience.

Client partner communication comes first. Every client hears from you on a weekly to bi-weekly basis with a clear report on how their account is performing. Not a data dump. A real read on what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it. You'll also work with our internal team to make sure tracking is set up correctly and stays that way, because you can't report on results you aren't measuring. Most agencies go quiet between invoices. We don't, and that's the single biggest reason our client partners stay. If you're the kind of person who lets an email sit for three days, this isn't the role.

On top of that, there's a checklist of roughly 15 mini projects that get completed every single month. Without fail.

Most Account Managers grow their own responsibilities, and their compensation, by mastering our process and getting faster at it. The better you get, the more clients you can take on. You're paid a flat fee per month, per client, provided all required tasks are completed that month. The task list never changes. No surprises. No hunting for your next gig.

All the work you want means all the Funds you can make. Simple as that.

Here's the best part. We pay a flat $5,000 per month for your first 3 months so you can learn how we do things, and so we can confirm you're following our protocols exactly. No fuss, no muss.

Our standards are high. We typically interview 1 to 3% of applicants for this full-time contract remote position.

The honest downsides

• The work can be repetitive and tedious.
• If you don't have a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, a Windows based PC, and a willingness to do most of your work during normal business hours, you will probably fail at this.
• Initial feedback can be substantial.

Requirements

• Comfortable with back-end requirements.
• Comfortable receiving a high volume of feedback early on.
• 5+ years of experience in local SEO, SEM, GA4, GSC, LSAs, and Facebook digital ads.
• Available for communication during normal working hours, 9 to 5 CST.
• Living within the continental United States.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
