Crazy Tooth Studio is seeking a Senior Technical Game Artist with 5–7 years of experience in the online casino gaming industry.

This is not a junior illustration role. We are looking for someone who can own full art packages, shape slot mechanics, move extremely fast, and bridge art, design, and engineering.

If you’ve shipped casino titles, understand how slot games hit visually and mechanically, and can deliver production-ready assets at high speed — we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

1. Create complete, production-ready art packages for slot and wager-based games (characters, symbols, reel layouts, backgrounds, UI, feature effects, logos, etc.)
2. Contribute to and refine slot mechanics, features, pacing, and gameplay feel
3. Translate creative direction into technically optimized, engine-ready assets
4. Design and implement shaders, particle systems, and real-time visual effects
5. Optimize 2D and 3D assets for performance (GPU, CPU, memory)
6. Develop and improve pipelines that bring art into interactive games
7. Rapidly produce strong visual comps in hours and full packages in days
8. Leverage AI tools to increase both speed and quality of deliverables
9. Act as a technical bridge between art, design, and engineering

What We’re Looking For

1. 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Artist in online casino gaming
2. Experience shipping real-money or social casino titles
3. Proven ability to build full slot art packages from concept to final implementation
4. Strong shader, rendering, VFX, and particle system experience
5. Deep understanding of real-time optimization and performance profiling
6. Experience with asset pipelines (2D & 3D workflows, export standards, engine integration)
7. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
8. Experience with DCC tools such as Blender, Maya, Spine, or similar
9. Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color, scale, and visual storytelling
10. Comfortable in fast-paced production environments
11. Highly prolific and execution-focused
12. Experience integrating AI into creative workflows
