Integris Group is partnering with a top-tier client seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer for an immediate, full-time opportunity.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the evolution of our client’s customer portal—enhancing existing functionality, envisioning innovative new features, and launching new projects aligned with their strategic roadmap.

Tech Stack: Our clients current tools and technologies include:

Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Hotwire, Svelte, Heroku, and Salesforce

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and fellow engineers to shape and deliver the product roadmap.
2. Own end-to-end feature development—from design through deployment and beyond—shipping frequently to gather actionable feedback.
3. Help shape and scale the Engineering team, setting culture, best practices, and technical standards.
4. Contribute across the full stack: backend, frontend, and DevOps

What We’re Looking For:

1. Deep experience with Ruby on Rails.
2. Proficiency with component-based JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte, or Vue)
3. Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, ideally on Heroku or similar platforms.
4. Strong experience integrating with APIs.
5. A passion for creating smooth, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.

Bonus Points For, NOT a must have:

1. Experience with consumer-facing applications at scale (tens of thousands of users).
2. Familiarity with Salesforce (development or APIs).
3. Working with PDF/image data extraction tools.
4. Interest or hands-on experimentation with Generative AI.
