Role: Senior Manager – Adobe Analytics Implementation (Remote, U.S.)
We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead Adobe Launch implementation efforts across mobile and web platforms. This role will manage a team of implementation engineers and play a critical part in establishing best practices for mobile app analytics. A strong background in mobile SDKs, React Native, and digital analytics is essential for driving successful strategies and accurate data collection.
As a hands-on developer in this space, you'll collaborate closely with analytics teams, developers, and implementation architects to ensure precise tagging across products. Your technical expertise and leadership will help align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and remote teams on tracking strategy and execution.
This is a fully remote opportunity within the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Adobe Launch tagging across mobile and web platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement robust instrumentation strategies.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues and provide quick-turn solutions for analytics implementation bugs.
- Deliver clear technical documentation, including data layer specs and measurement frameworks.
- Conduct audits of tagging setups, identify gaps, and propose improvements in Adobe Launch configurations.
- Guide development teams on technical requirements for analytics tracking and ensure accurate data collection.
- Support governance and standardization of analytics implementation across digital products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, or Tealium IQ.
- Experience implementing and validating mobile app analytics using tools such as Adobe Assurance or Charles Proxy.
- Strong understanding of data layer structure and debugging tools like Omnibug.
- Skilled in writing detailed technical documentation related to analytics tracking.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve configuration issues within digital analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Web SDK, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or similar tools.
- Background in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) focused on analytics implementations.
- Experience working with mobile SDKs, app libraries, and APIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills for facilitating team collaboration and coordinating with stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience and location, typically ranging from $110,200 to $188,800 annually.
